Strengthening the cultivation of competitive information consciousness of information consultants of library is the need of information resource construction.Through questionnaire,this paper makes investigation and analysis on the competitive information consciousness of information consultants of universities in Xuzhou City,and probes into some countermeasures for cultivating the competitive information consciousness of information consultants.
