针对淮海工学院办学特点和人才培养目标,分析了读者信息需求的特点,确立了读者服务的内容和方式,并对如何构建文献信息保障体系、服务于个体和群体学习需要以及如何培养读者信息素养等问题进行了深入的探讨。

In the light of the school-running features and telant cultivation goals of Huaihai Institute of Technology,this paper analyzes the characteristics of information demand of readers,and based on this,establishes the contents and modes of the service for readers,and probes into the problems of how to construct the literature information security system,how to serve the individual and group learning needs and how to cultivate the information literacy of readers.
