摘要
从信息权利的基本内容、信息权利的特点出发,分析了网络环境下侵犯信息权利的主要行为和特点。对网络环境下信息权利的保护提出了看法。
Staring from the basic contents and features of information rights,this paper analyzes the main behaviors and characteristics of violating the information rights under the network environment,and puts forward some opinions on the protection of information rights under the network environment.
