摘要
针对沛县特产鼋汁狗肉,应用解释结构模型方法构建了鼋汁狗肉的综合评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定了鼋汁狗肉各指标的相对权重,分析了该特产的品牌价值、产品知名度、滋味、经济性和市场竞争力等主要指标。
In ther light of Peixian Hundefleisch,specialty of Peixian County,this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of Peixian Hundefleisch by means of Interpretative Structural Modeling（SIM）,and determines the weight of each index with Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）,makes the analysis on some main indexes of Peixian Hundefleisch such as the brand value,popularity,taste,economical efficiency,and market competitiveness,etc.
