Analysis on and Treatment of Oil Leakage of Bearing Box in ACF Axial Mine Ventilating Fan

针对AGF轴流式矿用通风机轴承箱的漏油现象,分析了风机在静态和动态过程中轴承箱内外空气压力的变化情况,指出了轴承箱漏油的原因,提出了轴承润滑系统的改造方案。

In the light of the phenomenon of oil leakage of bearing box in ACF axial mine ventilating fan,this paper analyzes the change condition of inside and outside air pressure of bearing box in the static and dynastic procedures of ventilating fan,points out the reasons of oil leakage of bearing box,and advances the modification scheme of bearing lubrication system.
