本文较全面的介绍了现代麻醉监测技术的内容(心电、血液动力学、呼吸参数、气体和麻醉气体以及一些生理指标)原理、临床意义、实施注意事项和发展趋势,通俗易懂,简单实用。同时文章还论述了麻醉和手术监测的重要意义和麻醉医师在围手术期的重要使命。本文所涉及许多内容为临床麻醉医生应该了解但又不属于医学范围内的内容,特别是监测技术原理部分。而作为一个现代麻醉医师,掌握这一部分知识,不仅可以更好地使用监测仪器(monitoring equipment),而且应逐步成为麻醉医师基本素质教育的一部分。
