摘要
目的以肠系膜淋巴管结扎为手段,观察急性失血后,阻断肠淋巴液回流对急性失血大鼠血黏度的影响。方法20只Wistar雄性大鼠均分为失血组与结扎组。所有大鼠令身肌肉麻醉,经右侧颈总动脉匀速放血(失血量为全血量的1/4,≥5.8mL,全血量以体重1/13计),结扎组失血后行肠系膜淋巴管结扎,失血组仅在肠系膜淋巴管下穿线。记录24h存活情况。24h后,将存活大鼠再次全身麻醉,经左侧颈总动脉迅速放血6mL.将实验前后放出的全血进行全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积(Hct)等指标检测。结果急性失血后24h,失血组存活6只.结扎组存活9只,结扎组存活情况略好于失血组。与实验前相比,急性失血后24h,失血组与结扎组在各切变率下的全血黏度、全血相对黏度以及Hct均显著降低,失血组全血还原黏度降低、血浆黏度升高(P〈0.01~0.05);结扎组在1s^-1、10.3s^-1、30.7s^-1、115s^-1、300s^-1等切变率下的全血黏度、全血相对黏度以及Hct均显著高于失血组,血浆黏度降低(P〈0.05)。结论结果提示大鼠急性失血后,出现全血黏度降低,但血浆黏度升高;肠系膜淋巴管结扎可改善急性失血导致的全血黏度和血浆黏度的变化。
Objective To observe the effects of blocking the reflux mesenteric lymph on blood viscosity in acute hemorrhagic rats using the method of mesenteric lymph ligation.Methods Twenty Male Wistar rats were radomly divided into hemorrhage group and ligation group (n=10).All rats were anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium (50mg/kg·bw) by intramuscular injection, blood (one fourth of body whole blood volume,which was one thirteenth of the body weight,and ≥5.8mL) was withdrawn by automatic withdrawal-infusion machine through right common carotid arteries.ln ligation group, the mesenteric lymph duct was ligated after hemorrhage, and in hemorrhage group, only threading under the mesenteric lymph duct. The survival situation of 24h was recorded. After 24h, survival rats were anesthetized again,6mL blood was withdrawn through lift common carotid artery rapidly.The whole blood sample of before and after experiment were to deal with different methods. And the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit (HCT) were determined.Results It showed that there were 6 rats alive in hemorrhage group, and 9 rats alive in iigation group, the ligation group survival was slightly better than hemorrhage group. The results of blood viscosity indexes showed that the whole blood viscosity at different shears, whole blood relative viscosity and Hot of hemorrhage group and ligation group were lower than that of before experiment significantly,the whole blood relative viscosity and plasma viscosity of hemorrhage group were raised than that before experiment significantly (P〈0.01-0.05).The whole blood viscosity at different shears such as 1 s^-1,10.3s^-1, 30.7s^-1, 115s^-1, 300s^-1,whole blood relative viscosity and Hct in ligation group were higher than that of hemorrhage group, and the plasma viscosity were lower significantly (P〈0.01-0.05).Conclusion The results point out that the whole blood viscosity was decreasing and plasma viscosity was rising in acute hemorrhagic rats after hemorrhage, and the mesenteric lymph duct ligation could improve the effects of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity after acute hemorrhage.
