高压氧对超长随意皮瓣成活率及其血液流变性影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高压氧对超长随意皮瓣移植术后的成活情况以及皮瓣皿液流变性的影响。方法制作大鼠背部随意皮瓣动物模型,长宽比为3:1,随机分为三组,A组为高剂量高压氧组,B组为低剂量高压氧组,C组为对照组。分别于术后1,3,5,7d检测各组动物皮瓣血流速度并取蒂部全血,检测全血粘度(高切、低切),红细胞聚集指数和血沉。术后第7d观察各组皮瓣成活而积并计算皮瓣成活率。结果 三组皮瓣成活率及血液流变性比较,A组与B组均优于C组,皮瓣成活率明显提高,血液流变性明显改善。A,B两组之间无明冠差异。结论高压氧能够改善皮瓣血液流变性。提高皮瓣成活率。 Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on the blood rheology and survival rate of the skin flap in a 3:1 rat random-pattern flap model.Methods Sixty Wistar rats were made random-pattern flap model,and divided into three groups randomly(Group A:receive HBO treatment under 3 atmospheric pressure; Group B: receive HBO treatment under 2 atmospheric pressure;Group C:control group). Blood flow velocity,blood viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and aggregation index of RBC were measured at 1,3,5,7 days after surgery. Survival rate of the flap in each group was calculated at 7 days after surgery.Results Blood flow velocity in both group A and group B was faster than that in group C,while mean blood viscosity ,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and aggregation index of RBC were higher than those in group C.The survival rate was significantly higher in the hyperbaric oxygen groups(Group A and Group B)than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in the blood rheology changes and survival rate of the flap between group A and group B.Conelusion HBO can improve the blood rheology and" increase survival rate of the ultra long random flap.
