摘要
目的观察不同亚型急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血液流变学各项指标的变化。方法对164例ACI患者进行血液流变学指标测定,并按照牛津郡社区卒中计划(OCSP)分型标准分为4大亚型,分析OCSP各亚型血液流变学指标变化。结果该组OCSP各亚型构成比为:完全前循环型13.4%、部分前循环型30.5%、后循环型19.5%、腔隙性梗死型36.6%。完全前循环型血液流变学指标水平最高,其次为部分前循环型,而腔隙性梗死型最低-1与腔隙性梗死型比较,完全前循环型、部分前循环型有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论ACI患者血液流变学指标水平随OCSP亚型的不同而变化。
Objective To investigate the pattern of fluctuations and clinical significance ofhemorheology levels in patients with different subtypes of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Hemorheology levels were measured in 164 ACI patients.All ACI patients were classified into 4 major ischemic stroke subtypes according to the Oxfordshire Community Stroke Project(OCSP) criteria.And then the relationship between hemorheology and OCSP subtypes were analysed.Results The percentage of each ischemic stroke OCSP subtype was as follow: total anterior circulation infarcts is 13.4%,partial anterior circulation infarcts is 30.5%, posterior circulation infarcts is 19.5%, lacunar infarcts is 36.6%.Among 4 major stroke subtypes, total anterior circulation infarcts had the highest levels of hemorheology. Lacunar infarcts were associated with the lowest levels of hemorheology.Compared with the lacunar infarcts, hemorheology levels increased significantly in total anterior circulation infarcts and partial anterior circulation infarcts(P〈0.05).Conlusion Levels of hemorheology varied in different subtypes of ACI.
