主要根据中美技术合作协议.对140万站次的船舶海面观测资料进行标准化处理,结合此项工作经验,概括总结了一些有效的质量控制方法.包括各个环境要素资料属性与数据变化范围检验、相关性检验和统计模型检验方法,并介绍了人工审查与计算机相结合如何处理可疑数据。

According to the China-U. S. Agreement in Technological Cooperation, we have processed 1. 4 million stations of ship observation data. This article generally introduces some effective quality control methods which have been used to process the above data, especially the range check, relativity check and statistical model check. How to modify questionable data found by quality control program is also introduced in the article.
