血管性痴呆患者血清Livin、VEGF与IL-18、IFN-γ水平的临床研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的:通过检测血管性痴呆患者抗凋亡因子(Livin)、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、白细胞介素-18(Interleukin-18,IL-18)和干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)的血清水平值,探讨Livin、VEGF、IL-18、IFN-γ在血管性痴呆中的发病机制和作用,研究IL-18、IFN-γ与血管性痴呆细胞凋亡和血管修复的关系。方法:实验分为2组:正常组(N组)与血管性痴呆组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血管性痴呆患者血清VEGF、Livin、IL-18、IFN-γ浓度值。结果:IL-18与IFN-γ在血管性痴呆患者中明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。且患者血浆IL-18与IFN-γ呈显著正相关(P<0.05);对照组IL-18与IFN-γ无显著相关性(P>0.05)。VEGF与Livin在血管性痴呆患者中明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。血管性痴呆组IL-18、IFN-γ与VEGF、Livin具有负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:IL-18、IFN-γ参与了血管性痴呆发生发展的炎性反应过程,炎症反应降低血管损伤修复作用可能是血管性痴呆发病机制之一。 Objective:To investigate the changes of Livin,VEGF, interleukin(IL)-18 and interferon(IFN)-γ in the plasma of patients with vascular dementia, and to observe role of Livin,VEGF,IL-18 and IFN-γ in the pathogenesis of vascular dementia. Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the concentration of Livin,VEGF, IL-18 and IFN-γ in the serum of patients with vascular dementia. Results:Serum level of Livin and VEGF in the patients with vascular dementia were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.001). Serum level of IL-18 and IFN-γ in the patients with vascular dementia were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.001). Serum level of IL-18 was significantly positively correlated with IFN-γ in the patients. Serum level of IL-18 and IFN-γ in the patients showed negative correlation with Livin and VEGF. Conclutions:The concentration of IL-18 and IFN-γ in patients with vascular dementia were significantly higher and associated with Livin and VEGF. This suggested that IL-18,IFN-γ may be both involved in the functional and structural integrity of vessel in the process of vascular dementia.
