13例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的免疫组化分析

Multiparameter Studies of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

用免疫组化的方法对13例NHL新鲜淋巴结作了多参数分析。结果发现:①13例NHL中T细胞性占7例,其中3例为多形T,6例B细胞性淋巴瘤均属滤泡中心细胞来源。②本实验从附一院随机获得的10例NHL中T占40%,同苏州市、无锡市10年回顾性材料一致。其发病特点与日本西南部有一定相似之处。③Et在T细胞性NHL为58～90%,在所有T细胞性和1例B细胞性NHL均阳性,ACP在1例多形T阳性,说明应用免疫组化指标必须是综合分析。④ZC_3花环寸代替EAC花环作为B细胞性NHL的标记。

Thirteen patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)are studied and multiparametric analyses of their fresh lymph nodes by way of im- munology and histochemisfry were done. Histodiagnosis is made according to the progress drawn up in Shanghai in 1982 and revised in Suzhou in 1983. The finding are as follows:1. seven uses of 13 are of T cell NHL type in which there are 3 plemorphic T types. And 6 cases of B cell NHL come from the origin of follicular centre cells.2. T cell NHL takes up 40% in 10 cases taken randomly. It is identical with the reports from city of Wuxi and of Suzhou. The characteristics of morbidity are similar to the report from southwest of Japan.3. Et rosette rate in T cell is from 48 to 90%, ANAE is positive in all T. It indicates that index of immunology and histochemistry must be analysed synthetically.4. ZC_3 rosette may become a marker of B cellNHL replacing EAC rosette.
