摘要
32例置换下之风心病二尖瓣用光镜和荧光显微镜检查及测它的不同大小。瓣环、瓣叶和瓣口的大小面积(cm^2)分别为6.65、5.11和1.34。前内瓣宽为1.37 cm,后外瓣为0.56cm。腱索的长和直径为0.95cm和0.195cm;乳头肌的长度和宽度分别为0.78cm和0.60cm。与正常二尖瓣数据作比较,作者推断风心病二尖瓣之病理改变传统观点基本上是正确的,但应补充:在若干例中、特别在风心病联合闭锁不全中,瓣叶变阔、腱索变长。本文报告光镜和荧光显微镜观察结果并加以讨论。
The mitral valve from 32 patients of rheumatic heart disease that underwent valve replacement was examined by light and fluorescent microscope and measured its variable size. The size area (cm)of the ring of mitral valve, mitral leaflet and mitral valve opening is 6.65, 5.11 and 1.34. The anterior internal scallop is 1.37 and posterior external scallop is 0.56. The length of chordae and diameter is 0.95 and 0.195. The length and width of papillary muscle is 0.78 and 0.60 respectively. Compared with the normal mitral valve data, the author concluded that the main point of traditional concept of pathology of rheumatic heart disease in mitral valve is correct and should give some supplement that is, in some instances, the leaflet become wider, chordae become longer especially occurs in combined mitral valve disease and insufficiency.The results of light and fluorescent microscopic observations was reported and discussed.
