摘要
介绍了按照国际标准ISO和国家标准GB/T设计和建造的一个自动化的散热器散热量测定系统;分析了有关散热量测定的技术原理;提出了改善系统性能和提高系统测量精度的设计方法以及缩短系统测定时间、加速稳态过程与数据处理的新思路.
The test system of thermal output of heat emittors is a standard one used in testing the thermal characteristics of heat emittors and assessing the indicatrix of their characteristics. This paper introduces the key techniques of automation of the test system, which is designed and established according to internaltional standard ISO and national standard GB/T . The paper analyzes the technical principles of test of thermal output, proposes design procedures which can improve the characteristics of the system and accuracy of the test system, and offers some new ideas on shortening the test period, speeding up the process of steady state and data processing. The system realizes automation of multichannel test and control and automation of data processing and analysis.
