高血压脑出血患者血清IL-4、IL-18及TNF-α水平及其临床意义的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究高血压脑出血患者静脉血清白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素18(IL-18)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的动态变化,探讨IL-4、IL-18、TNF-α与高血压脑出血的关系和意义。方法检测39例急性高血压脑出血患者静脉血清IL-4、IL-18、TNF-α含量,并与正常对照组进行对比。结果急性期高血压脑出血患者静脉血清IL-4、IL-18、TNF-α含量均明显高于正常对照组,高血压脑出血不同时期(<3 h,3~9 h,>9~12 h,>12~24 h,>24~72 h)静脉血清IL-4、IL-18、TNF-α含量比较,>12~24 h含量较高,此后呈下降趋势。结论IL-4、IL-18、TNF-α参与了脑出血急性期的炎症反应,是脑出血后脑组织损伤的重要机制之一。 Objective:To investigate the dynamic change of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-18(IL-18) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH),and to explore the relationship among IL-4,IL-18,TNF-αand HCH.Methods: The serum contents of IL-4,IL-18 and TNF-αin 39 patients with HCH were measured,and then compared with the normal control group.Results: The levels of IL-4,IL-18 and TNF-αin HCH group were obviously higher than the control group.The levels of IL-4,IL-18,TNF-αat different HCH stage(〈 3 h,3~9 h,〉 9~12 h,〉 12~24 h,〉 24~72 h) were compared The results showed that the levels during 12-24h were highest,and then decreased after 24 h.Conclusion: IL-4,IL-18,TNF-αhave participated in the inflammation reaction in acute HCH,which may be one of the important mechanism in brain tissues injury after cerebral hemorrhage.
