摘要
研制的煤岩渗透率测定仪及自动化测试系统,可以模拟1000m垂深的原岩应力,其测量范围宽、精度高、试样加工容易。所设计的压力传感器电路、流量传感器电路和温度传感器电路以及各传感器的调校软件、系统测试软件,实现了煤岩渗透率测定仪自动化测试技术,具有自动化测试和数据处理与存储功能,特别适用于实验室测定低透气性煤岩渗透率。影响煤岩渗透率的主要因素是应力,裂隙和岩性,必须用原岩应力下的渗透率评价煤岩瓦斯输运能力。
Developed equipment and automation measurement system to permeability of coal and rock can emulate origin stress underground 1000m.Its measurement range is wide and its accuracy is high.To process samples is easy.Designed circuits of pressure flow and temperature to transducers,and calibrating and measuring software reach measuring automation to permeability of coal and rock and data process and storage.It applies to measure low permeability of coal and rock.Stress,fracture and lithofacies effect on permeability of coal and rock significantly.Methane migration must be evaluated with the permeability of coal and rock under origin stress.
