重组形势下电信运营商IT系统融合建设模式研究

The Research on the Integration and Construction of Telecommunication Operators’IT-Systems under Restructuring Circumstance

随着新一轮电信运营商重组方案的确定,各运营商都面临着IT系统融合建设问题。本文在对重组形势下IT系统融合规律进行研究的基础上,提出了运营商IT系统融合的基本原则和关键因素,并依据模糊数学综合评判法,提出了融合系统建设模式选择的评判模型,为电信运营商融合建设提供参考。

With telecommunication operators＇ new determining of restructuring proposal, many operators are currently confronted with questions centered upon IT-systems＇ Integration and Construction. With a research upon the patterns of their Integration under the circumstance of restructuring, this thesis puts forward the basic principles and key factors for the integration of IT-systems, and attempts to establish a scoring model for the choice of construction methods by the integration systems, thus providing reference value for those elecommunication operators.
