移动视频监控业务结合视频监控业务和移动网络二者的优点,能为用户带来全新的业务体验,将为运营商开辟新的移动增值业务市场。本文分析移动视频监控业务的技术原理,详细介绍了一种基于移动流媒体平台实现移动视频监控业务的可行性解决方案,该方案可为运营商节省系统建设和业务运维成本。
Combining the advantages of mobile network and video monitor, the Mobile video monitor service gives users innovative service experience and brings more value-added revenue to operators. In this paper, a feasible solution of mobile video monitor service based on mobile streaming platform is introduced, which will help operators reduce the cost of service system construction and maintenance.
