摘要
用高性能的单机 MCS-80C196KB 最小系统完成了智能 Fuzzy 控制器,该控制器实现了对变频器驱动交流电机的闭环宽范围、高精度调速。设计包括系统控制器的硬件及软件工作,完成了系统的调试工作。提出了一种精度高、简洁、实用的M/T 法测速电路。智能 Fuzzy 控制器不需要建立系统的精确模型,实用于非线性、强耦合系统。经过大量的实验表明,该控制器无论是在高速还是低速情况下,均有良好的抗负载扰动特性,消除了静差,成本低,使用方便简单。具有工业应用价值。
An Intelligent Fuzzy Controller based on MCS-80C196KB single-chip micro computer that implements closed-loop speed control with wide range and high precision is introduced. The design concludes hardware and sortware works.A kind of high precise,brief and practi- cal speed measurement circuit is provided.The Intelligent Fuzzy Controller does not need precise plant model,It is suitable for nonlinear and strong coupling systems.Through a large amount of experiments,the controller shows good performances of resisting the load distur- bance and eliminating the static error whether in low speeds or in high speeds.It can be used conveniently and simply in industrial field with a low cost.
