摘要
本文介绍了Ca^(2+)离子细胞成像技术在原位(in situ)、活体(in vivo)模型和微量Ca^(2+)离子检测两大方面的技术进展,阐述了该技术的优点及其在组织学、胚胎学及发育学等多方面的应用并且展望了其应用前景。
The development of cell imaging technology of Ca2+ on the in-situ and in vivo analysis model and trace Ca2+ detection was introduced. The advantages of this technology and its applications in histology,embryology and auxology etc. were described and its future was also projected.
