In May 2009, the Standardization Administration issued the national standard GB/T 23791-2009 General Rules of Grading Enterprise Quality Credit. This mainly makes provision for the grading of enterprise quality credit. Also, Sun Xiaokang, the vice administrator of SAC introduced the related condition of it in the program of ＂China Economic Network＂.
