摘要
本设计主要是实现台钻的无级调速,以及在约束条件下自动控制主轴转速和进给速度及进给量。通过改变可控硅的控制角α来调节电动机的供电电压,从而达到平滑调速的目的。
The paper gives an introduction to the design of the control part of a intelligent bench drill.We can adjust the voltage of power supply of the motor,by changing the control angle of the silicon controlled rectifier,then,we can achieve the goal to govern smoothly,to realize the stepless speed regulation of the drill,to control the rotational speed of the main spindle,the feed speed and the feed of the workpiece automatically on the specified constraints.
