摘要
将氟化钠按10mg/kg(体重)·d^(-1)和20mg/kg(体重)·d^(-1)分2组饲养大耳白幼兔。分别于饲养第90、150、250天时检查甲状腺的形态学改变,并于实验第250天时检查甲状腺功能变化。结果表明:一定程度的氟中毒,不但致甲状腺轻度功能低下,也致甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞广泛重度退行性变及弥漫增生性甲状腺肿发生。
Fifty-four Japan purebred large ear white young rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups, each 18. One group was used as control, and residual 2 groups animals were fed with NaF 10mg/kg(body weight)/d and 20mg/kg.d^(-1) respectively. Thyroid morphological changes were examined separately on the 90th, 150th, 250th day, and thyroid function was studied on 250th day. The results showed that certain degree fluorosis not only could bring about light reduction of thyroid function, but also bring to extensive and serious retromorphosis of epithelium cells of thyroid gland follicular and diffuse hyperplastic goiter. The paper makes through discussion to above some problems.
