青少年短道速滑运动员心理控制能力的对比研究

Comparative Study on the Psychological Ability of teenagers Short Track Speed Skaters

短道速滑项目的特点决定了从事该专项运动员必须具备良好的心理能力,采用心理测量法,对我国28名少年短道速度滑冰运动员和11名青年短道速度滑冰运动员心理控制能力的13项指标进行了测试,并对数据用T检验方法进行了多重比较。结果表明:青年组在简单反应能力、速度知觉、时空判断方面与少年组存在显著差异,前者好于后者,而在男子意志品质,女子竞赛焦虑水平方面则比少年组差,且差异显著。

The special features in short track speed skating competitions require high mental ability from an elit skater. The study measured 13 special psychological abilities of 28 young chinese short track speed skaters and 11 adult short track speed skaters , by facter analysis statistics method and disposed the date, The results indicate that there are distinct differences between the adult and the young in quick reaction control ability, speed perceive,time and space control ability. The former is better than the latter. Howere,the young is distict better than the adult in will and anxiety.
