摘要
针对计划项目所涉及资源信息的特点,提出了数据库信息整合和数据库关键字段关联的资源整合方法。这两种方法构建的计划项目数据库系统具有结构合理、系统性和关联性强的特点,提高了科技管理人员的工作效率,方便了科技研究人员对项目资源的检索和利用。
In this paper, a resource integrating method which is component of database information integrating and database key field association is introduced, according to the characteristic of resource information involved in scheming project declaring. Database system of scheming project bases on this method will be logical, systemic, associated and will increase working efficiency of technological manager, give ties for technological researcher to make use of project resource.
