浅谈中小型水电站的投资开发

Discussion on Investment and Development of Small and Medium-Sized Hydropower Station

本文介绍了投资项目责任制度一项目法入责任制的特点。又从水电站的等级划分、开发方式、设计单位的选择及水电站的工程特性、水电站的策划、项目的实施等方面对中小型水电站的投资开发进行分析研究，提出了中小型水电开发需注意的问题。

This paper introduces the characteristic of responsibility system for investment project-legal person responsibility system for project. Moreover, this paper carries out an analysis on investment and development of small and medium-sized hydropower station from such aspects as grade classification, development mode and selection of design unit of hydropower station, as well as engineering characteristic and planning of hydropower station and project implementation etc., thus raising some noticeable questions about development of small and medium-sized hydropower station.
