本工程的首部枢纽和厂区有昆河铁路通过，是工程的重要特点之一，在总承包管理过程中，遇到了协调难、工程处理难的问题。本文通过对这些技术问题的分析、解决，保证了工程质量、进度和投资，实现了工程建设目标。

The head complex of the project and the station area are with Kunming-Hekou Railway passing by, which is one of important characteristics of the project. And the issues of hard coordination and difficulty in project treatment were encountered during the general contracting management. The paper analyzes and solves these technical issues to guarantee the project quality, progress and investment, so that the construction objective of the project has been realized.
