Following with rapid design plan development of Colleges and Universities,laboratory construction,specially its weak manage- ment part,is becoming the development bottleneck. Based on plenty of practices and the author s years experience,the article makes a set of design plan of effective laboratory management. Good teaching achievement has been obtained in its practical application.
