摘要
目的：建立一种定量分析脑组织中儿茶酚胺类神经递质的方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱电化学色谱法（ｒＰ－ＨＰＬＣ－ＥＣＤ）测定大鼠脑组织中去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）、肾上腺素（Ｅ）、多巴胺（ＤＡ）、５羟色胺（５－ＨＴ）。结果：由色谱图显示各单胺类成分分离完全。结论：本方法快速、简便、准确。
