无义密码子介导的mRNA降解机制与疾病 被引量:1

摘要 无义密码子介导的mRNA降解(nonsense mediated mRNA decay,NMD)现象的发现,最早源于1979年美国学者Losson和Lacroute在对酵母菌URA3基因的研究中观察到无义密码子突变体在mRNA瞬时合成率并非很低的情况下能够降低mRNA水平。随着分子生物学的研究进展,NMD机制在酵母、果蝇、线虫以及哺乳动物细胞中都得到了证实。
