摘要 目的:验证HY-HDR18型遥控后装治疗机所用施用器周围的剂量分布。方法:用TLD(热释光剂量计)[LiF(MG,Cu,P)]测量并验证由HY-HDR18型后装治疗计划系统设计的针对宫颈癌的妇科治疗计划及施用器周围的剂量分布。结果:TLD测量值与TPS计算值偏差4.2±2.5%。结论:理论值与实测值接近。 Objective: To verify the dose distribution around the gynecology applicators determined by the Treatment Planning System (TPS) of HY HDR 18. Methods: The dose distribution around the gynecology applicators was measured by LiF(Mg,Cu,P) chips (TLD). Results: The variations between TLD measurement and calculation of gynecology treatment plan are 4.2±2.5%. Conclusion: In the gynecology treatment plan formed by TPS(of HY HDR 18), the calculation data conform to that of experiment.HY HDR is very suitable for clinical use.
