摘要
本文首先分析了高职学生职业素质USE的内涵，并阐述了构建高职学生职业素质USE人才培养规格的意义。最后在此基础上以实例，从四个方面阐述了株洲职业技术学院是如何进行高职学生职业素质USE人才培养规格的改革。
The paper firstly analyzes t he connotations of students＇ professional quality, and then constructs the significance of USE Talent Standard of Students＇ Professional quality o Then taking practice of Zhuzhou Professional Technology College for example, the paper from four aspects explains how the college takes measures to develop the students＇ professional quality.
