新时期教师职业道德培育途径探析

摘要 教师承担着提高全民族素质的重任,在社会转型期,师德建设的要务是探索师德教育的新方向和新路径,以适应社会发展带来的教育变革。通过建立健全教师职业道德的利益表达机制、教师职业道德的绩效评价机制和教师职业道德的激励机制等途径的实施,能够使广大教师的师德提高到一个比较高的水平。 The teacher undertakes the responsibility to improve the quality of the whole nation. In the social transition period, the focus of the ethics construction is to explore the new direction and the new approach to the teacher's ethics education to adapt to the education transformation which is brought by the social development. Through the establishment of the benefit expression mechanism, achievements appraisal mechanism and incentive mechanism of the teacher's occupational ethics, the teacher's occupational ethics can be enhanced to a high level.
