从习语中看中西文化差异

To Learn about Sino-Western Cultural Differences from Idioms

本文从最能体现中西文化差异的习语着手，论述习语所反映的中西文化差异，即生存环境差异、风俗习惯的不同、对客观事物的不同认识、心理文化的差异。而心理文化的差异又从宗教与历史典故两方面进行举例和分析。本文以大量生动有趣的例子作为论据进行适当的分析，希望能帮助大学生更好的了解并正确使用习语，提高他们英语的交际能力。

In this paper, the author will discuss the idioms reflecting the differences of Chinese and Western cultures： differences of geographical locations, differences of customs, different view of things and differences of psychology culture. In the differences of psychology culture, the author will take some examples and then analyze religions and historical stories. There are also many lively, important, and interesting examples of idioms to help college students understand Western cultures and develop their communicative abilities.
