摘要
目的:研究儿童脑电图的发育。方法:对229例4~12岁正常儿童脑电活动进行计算机分析,统计出该年龄段脑电活动及其快慢频段比的正常参考值。结果:4岁时额部以δ为主,12岁时以α为主;中央区4岁时以δ为主,8岁时以α为主;顶部4岁时以δ为主,6岁开始以α为主。枕部4~12岁均以α为主,α能量逐年增高。颞部4岁时以δ为主,8~9岁时以α为主。结论:儿童脑电发育随年龄增长,δ能量百分率减少。
Objectives:To study the development of children′s EEG. Methods:The brain electrical activities were analysed by computers in 229 patients aged from 4 to 12 years old, and the normal refference value of different ages and the ratios of the fast and slow band were calculated out.Results:The EEG mainly showed δ wave in the frontal, central, parrietal and the temporal region at the age of 4. However, α wave became dominant in these regions from 6 to 12 years old. In the occipital lobe, the EEG mainly showed α wave from 4 to 12 years, the α power increased with the increace of age. Conclusions:The children′s EEG develops with the increace of ages, the percentage of δ power decreases gradually, and the α power increases.
