氮气泡沫对管外窜槽的封堵研究

摘要 针对油井出现的管外窜槽导致的水层出水问题进行了室内模拟研究,利用80cm长岩心及其并联模型进行试验以避免短岩心试验产生的端面效应,模拟油井近井地带水层通过窜槽向油层窜流及对采油的影响,并利用氮气泡沫进行封堵试验,优选了泡沫注入参数,评价了其封堵强度,注入采用气-发泡剂-气三段塞注入方式。结果表明,水气交替注入时的平衡压力和气液比对于泡沫封堵出水层位时的效果影响十分明显。 In allusion to the problem of water out in water layer caused external channeling in oil wells,a laboratory simulation was conducted.80cm long core and its parallel model were used for experiments to avoid end effect of short cores.It was used to simulate the water channeling to reservoir from near wellbore and nitrogen foam was used to make a sealing test.Parameters of foam injection was selected,the intensity of sealing was evaluated,the injection is conducted by using the method of gas-foaming agent-gas.The result shows that the balanced pressure and gas-liquid ratio in alternating injection of water and gas is more efficient than that of foam sealing.
