Mental Problems of Choosing Jobs in Graduates of Higher Vocational Colleges and Their Countermeasures

高职院校毕业生就业工作取得了很大进展．自主创业和灵活就业的政策环境和就业观念逐步形成。但就业形势依然严峻，高职生本人的心理压力不容忽略，分析这些心理问题产生的原因，有利于探讨减少学生在择业过程中的心理压力，也有利于学院制定相应对策。

Nowadays, the vocational work of graduates of higher vocational colleges has made great progress. And the policy environment and the vocational conception of independently innovative undertaking and flexible employment have evolved. However, the conditions of employment are still serious. So, the psychological stress of the students in higher vocational colleges cannot be neglected. This essay is analyzing the causes of the＇se psychological problems, and studying the strategy of reducing them.
