Research and Practice Report of Cooperation between Schools and Enterprises

本文以我院与株洲齿轮有限责任公司联合办学成立“齿轮班”为个案研究，阐述“订单式”人才培养模式构建的必备条件、校企合作的步骤，最后得出结论。

The paper is researched on the case of ＂Gear class＂ which is jointly running by Zhuzhou Gear Co., Ltd and our college . The prerequisite of personnel training model which is named as ＂order model＂ and the steps of cooperation between schools and enterprises have been systematically elaborated and finally the conclusion is presented.
