Core staffs are people who have extensive industry experiences, hold key technology, and have important strategic value for their enterprises. With the continuous job-hopping, corporations pay more attention to the core staff's loyalty to the organization. The learning organization is the model of successful corporation in the future. The establishment of a learning organization is helpful to attract and retain the core staff.
