乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 近年来，乳腺癌前哨淋巴结（sentinel lymph node，SLN）研究发展迅速。一系列大样本、前瞻性临床试验证实了前哨淋巴结活检（sentinel lymph node biopsy，SLNB）的安全性。SLNB可以提供准确的腋窝淋巴结分期、SLN阴性患者SLNB替代腋清扫术腋窝复发率和并发症很低，为其提供了循证医学Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的证据。此外，目前的研究也证实SLNB中应用的放射性同位素对患者和医务人员是安全的。SLNB的适应证也在不断扩大。
