植物雌激素与乳腺癌关系的研究进展
摘要
乳腺癌的发生是一个多因素,多步骤的过程,目前有关乳腺癌的病因尚不明确。流行病学研究表明,欧美国家乳腺癌的发病率和死亡率大约是亚洲国家的四倍;同时发现,移居美国的亚裔第二代妇女乳腺癌发病率与第一代有明显差异,已经上升至当地水平;说明生活环境对乳腺癌发病有重要影响。对比饮食差异发现,
