类固醇受体辅活化因子家族与乳腺癌

摘要 类固醇激素通过与包括ER、PR、AR、GR在内的类固醇受体结合而表现出生物学活性,在调控生长发育和多种生理机能方面起着至关重要的作用。与激素结合前,类固醇受体与辅阻遏因子结合以抑制目的基因的活性;与激素结合后,类固醇受体与辅阻遏因子解离并募集辅活化因子而获得翻译活性。所以,类固醇受体辅活化因子(steroid receptor coactivator,SRC)家族在这一过程中起重要作用。
