脉络宁注射液联用氦-氖激光血管内照射治疗老年急性脑梗死的临床观察

Clinical observation of Mailuoning Injection combined HeNe intravascular laser irradiation blood treating senile acute cerebral infarction

目的：观察比较脉络宁注射液联用氦氖激光血管内照射（ＩＬＩＢ）与单用ＩＬＩＢ治疗老年急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法：脉络宁注射液联用ＩＬＩＢ治疗４０例（治疗组）与单用ＩＬＩＢ治疗２９例（对照组），均为每日１次，总疗程均为２０次，观察疗效及血液流变学指标的变化。结果：治疗组治愈３５例（治愈率８７．５％），好转５例；对照组治愈２１例（治愈率７２．４％），好转８例，治疗组治愈率显著优于对照组，Ｐ＜０．０５。血液流变学指标的改善，治疗组也明显优于对照组，Ｐ＜０．０１。结论：脉络宁注射液联用ＩＬＩＢ和单用ＩＬＩＢ治疗老年急性脑梗死疗效均满意。

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficiency of Mailuoning Injection combined use of HeNe intravascular laser irradiation blood (ILIB) and ILIB alone in treating senile acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods:Forty cases of ACI were treated with Mailuoning Injection combined ILIB (treatment group) and 29 cases with ILIB alone (control group),all once daily, 20 times as a therapy course,then to observe the efficacy and changes of hemorrheologic parameters. Results: In treatment group,35 cases were cured and 5 cases were improved;in control group,21 case were cured and 8 cases were improved,the cured rate in former(87 5%) was superior to later (72 4%, P <0 05);the improvement of hemorrheologic parameters in treatment group were also superior to those in control group ( P <0 01).Conclusions:There are same satisfactory efficiency of Mailuoning Injection combined ILIB or ILIB alone in treating senile ACI,but the obvious degree of therapeutic efficacy in treatment group is superior to that in control group.
