摘要 目的:探讨心肌缺血损伤过程中血小板激活因子(PAF)变化和意义,研究牛磺酸心肌保护作用与PAF的关系。方法:应用PAF活性测定方法在家兔心肌梗塞模型和大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型上研究PAF的变化及意义。结果:心肌缺血过程中血浆PAF显著升高,PAF拮抗剂可显著减轻心肌缺血损伤。牛磺酸可抑制心肌缺血过程中PAF的增加并显著减轻心肌损伤。结论:PAF是促进心肌缺血损伤的重要因素,牛磺酸保护缺血心肌的作用与抑制PAF合成释放有关。 Objective: To discuss change and significance of platelet activating factor (PAF) in myocardial ischaemia and relationship between the protective effects of taurine in cardiac muscle and PAF.Methods: To study the change and significance of PAF on myocardial ischaemia-treated rabbits and isolated rat hearts by PAF measure.Results: PAF were shown higher significantly in both myocardial ischaemia-treated rabbits group and isolated ischaemia-reperfusion hearts of rat group than in control group.(P<0.01 and P<0.01).Kadsurenone and taurine can decrease myocardial ischaemia injury,and taurine could inhibit the synthetic and release of PAF in myocardial ischaemia.Conclusion: PAF is of great importance to promote myocardial ischaemia injury.It is relationship between the protective effects of taurine on myocardium and PAF.
