脑缺血发病中内皮素的变化及牛磺酸的治疗机制研究

摘要 目的:探讨内皮素在脑缺血疾患中的发病学意义及牛磺酸对脑缺血疾患的治疗机制。方法:在脑血栓病人和大鼠脑(缺血/再灌注)模型上观察内皮素的变化和牛磺酸的治疗作用。结果:脑缺血过程中内皮素水平显著增高,内皮素增加与脑组织损伤呈正相关。牛磺酸能显著减轻脑组织缺血损伤,抑制内皮素增加。结论:内皮素在脑缺血过程中具有重要发病学意义。牛磺酸抑制内皮素增加可能是其减轻脑缺血损伤机制之一。 Objective: Significance of endothelin and mechanism of the protective action of taurine was studied during cerebral ischemia damage. Methods: Alteration of endothelin and therapeutic effect of taurine was observed on cerebral infarction patients and rat model of cerebral IR injury. Results: Endothelin levels is increase during cerebral ischemia,and taurine alleratel IRinduced tissue injury dramatically,and inhibited the increase in endothelin levels. Conclusion: Endothelin is a important role during cerebral ischemia damage and that the inhibitory action of taurine to endothelin release might be one of its protective mechanisms against the cerebral ischemia damage.
