The digital reference service involves a number of copyright issues. Risk should be taken to resolve the eopyright comprehensive measures such as raising awareness of copyright protection librarians and ability to seriously implement the copyright protection laws and regulations, the development of industry copyright protection rules, through authorized to maximize the right to release the library＇s copyright policy, the use of technical measures to protect copyright.
