企业信息化价值实现过程研究——以销售管理信息化为例 被引量:1

The Process Study of Value Realization of Enterprise Informationization——Taking the Aase of Sales Management Informationization

摘要 基于销售管理工作信息化前后业务处理方式的对比分析,得出销售管理信息化价值实现的过程首先是信息存储方式的变化,进而带来了信息获取、信息处理、信息传递方式的变化,使得销售管理工作的效率提高、成本降低、决策所需的信息质量提高,达到了提高企业销售管理绩效的目标。 Based on the comparison of the ways of business processing of pre and post sales management informationization, arriving at the conclusion that the process of realizing values of sales management informationization:first, the change of information storage, and then bringing to the changes of information acquisition, information processing and transmission, these changes result in work efficiency enhancement, cost reduction, quality improvement of decision-making information, finally achieving the goal of improving enterprise sales management erformance.
