视觉眼电图慢、快振荡电位诊断指标参数稳定性研究

摘要 目的通过对慢振荡、快振荡电位诊断指标的变异系数的比较研究,明确慢、快振荡电位诊断指标的参数稳定性。方法随机选取正常志愿者30人,分别记录慢、快振荡电位,获得慢振荡电位十项诊断指标及快振荡电位三项诊断指标的均数及标准差,计算它们的变异系数。结果慢振荡电位的十项诊断指标中,以QArden的变异系数最小。快振荡电位的三项诊断指标中,P/TRatio的变异系数为6.2%,相位值的变异系数为7.0%,显著小于慢振荡电位诊断指标的变异系数。结论慢、快振荡电位的诊断指标中,比值的变异系数均较小,其中QArden、P/TRatio、相位值的变异系数为小,但比值作为诊断指标有一定的局限性,因此,相位值是一个参数稳定性较好的指标。 Objective To investigate the stability of the parametes of slow and fast oscilatory potential. Methods The slow and fast oscillatory potential were recorded from 30 cases(40 eyes). Ten parameters were observed in slow oscillatory and three parameters in fast oscillatory potential.Then analysed the CV of all parameters. Results The CV of Qarden (17.8%) is most small among the parameters of slow oscillatory potential. In the parameters of fast oscillatory potential,the CV of P/TRatio is 6.2%, the CV of Phase is 7.0%. Tha are much small than the CV of Qarden.Conciusion The CV of Ratio parameters in slow and fast oscillatory potential are much small. The CV of Qarden, P/TRatio,Phase are the most. Because the valuse of Ratio has limited in clinical diagnosis, we suggest that the Phase is favourable in clinical use.
