准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后视力回退原因临床分析

The Study in the Causes of Visual Accurity Decreasing after Excimer Laser Photorefractive Keratectomy

目的探讨准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后视力回退的原因。方法将300只近视眼分为轻、中、重度及＞-9．50DS三组，随访术后18个月内的视力恢复情况，并进行方差分析。结果术后6个月内现力恢复最好；12个月～18个月内视力回退较多；轻中度近视较＞-9．50DS组的视力恢复好，维持时间长，视力回退少。结论屈光度的高低．验光的准确性，激光仪器的工作状态，术后用药等均可影响术后的现力恢复。术后定期复查对视力维持尤为重要。

Objective To study the causes of visual accurity decreasing after excimer laser photorefractive Keratectomy.Methods 300 myopic eyes were devided into 3 groups according to the diaptors of myopia. The visual accurities of them were followed up in 6 months, 1 years and 18 months postoperation respectively, then were analysed of variance (student-Newmam-Keuls Test). Results The visualaccurities of total patients were peak in 6 months postoperation, but the decreasing visual accurities occured more from 12~18 months postoperation. The amounts of the visual accurities in slight, mild myopic eyes were attained higher than above-9.50DS group, maintained longer and decreased less. Conclusion The visual accurity after PRK is affected by the diaptors of myopic eyes,the exactness of retinoscopy, the working condition of excimer laser equipment, the drugs administration, etc.It is necessary to re-examination closely after PRK.
