摘要
本工作完成了一台用于输电电网故障短路电流防护的三相35kV/90MVA饱和铁心型超导限流器的设计、制造,并计划在2007年底前将其接入南方电网220kV普吉变电站长期挂网试运行。饱和铁心型超导限流器是人们到目前为止所研究的形形色色的超导限流器中的一种,具有限流功能可靠性高、电网重合闸所需的恢复时间短、超导体限流时不失超,因此无冷却剂大量气化的后顾之忧等优点。本文介绍这台装置的原理、结构、功能和主要技术参数,并给出一些重要的出厂实验数据。
We designed and fabricated a saturated iron-core type 35kV/90MVA superconducting fault current limiter and installed the device in a transmission network at Puji substation of the China Southern Grid for testing and trial operation. The function of this device is to reduce the amplitude of fault current of the network as a short-circuit takes place so that the breaking power of the existing circuit breakers is not exceeded. The reduction rate of fault current peak value is about 50%. Saturated iron-core type superconducting fault current limiter is one of the various type of superconducting fault current limiters have been developed so far, which is of advantages of high reliability and short restoration time. Further more, unlike most other types of superconducting fault current limiters, there is no quench on superconducting element for current limiting so no large amount of heat needs to be removed after each limiting action. Technical details of the device, the installation information, and some factory test data about the device are presented in this report.
